New Forms:
Family Law forms now include Extended Possession Schedule option added to the Standard Possession Order and as a standalone document, Alternating Weeks Possession Schedule, Counterpetition to Modify Parent-Child Relationship, and Temporary Orders for Modification of SAPCR.
Updates & Improvements to Existing Forms:
Also, Family Law updates provide options for Tax Exemptions for Dependents in several documents.
Family Law forms Petition for Modification Parent Child Relationship along with Counterpetition, Temporary Orders, and Final Order now include an option for geographic limitation of the primary residence of the child for sole managing/possessory conservatorship.
Final Family Law form enhancement, Motion for Enforcement of Possession and Access, now provides for either Petitioner or Respondent to file.
