- Updated Excel export – The proposed division export now reflects all recent changes in the inventory tool.
- New export option – Save the full heirship tree as an image file for easy large-format printing.
- Improved printing – The tree now better accommodates different print and display resolutions.
- Flexible date entry – Heir dates can now be entered with more flexibility, accommodating unknown exact death dates. A suggested date format will appear when accessing a date field.
- NEW: Letterhead Feature – A new option in the TXdocs menu allows you to easily add letterhead to your document. Letterhead can be configured in Format Wizard.
- Improved Text Rendering – Fixed an issue where certain characters appeared squished. Text now appears sharper, and the width/height matches Microsoft Word documents.
- Fee Report Update – The fee report now defaults to showing only accepted filings, making it easier to track total fees paid over a period.
- NEW: "Hours" Report Summary – The "Hours" report now includes an optional summary that categorizes hours and amounts by Hourly, Pro Bono, Flat Fee, and Tracking Only.
- New Case Type Filter – The Aged Accounts Receivable, Case Status, and Payments Received reports now support filtering by case type for more targeted reporting.
- Deposit Slip Report Enhancement – Now prints all payment receipts over a period and includes a total deposits summary on the last page.
- Statement Layout Update – The "statement with subtotals" now includes a separating line above subtotals for better clarity.
- Case Status Report Update – Now includes the date of the first time slip for each case and improved total payment calculations to prevent inaccuracies.
- Sorting Option for Consolidated Statements – Statements can now be sorted by case number instead of description (if case numbers are configured).
- Multiple Billing Email Support – Contacts can now have multiple billing email addresses (separated by semicolons), ensuring each address receives statements.
- NEW: Case Archiving – When closing or deleting a case, documents can now be archived to keep client and case folders organized.
- New header and footer fields – Attorney Name and Attorney Initials can now be added via Format Wizard.
- Probate Inventory Fix – Resolved an issue where Probate Inventory could affect Probate Accounting data in certain situations.
- PDF Editor Fix – Prevented an error when opening a PDF in the editor after assembly, specifically when the PDF was attached to another document.
- Account Management Update – Bills and payments now display with the most recent TXdocs bill at the top.
- "Find a Form" Enhancement – The form list now starts either collapsed or expanded based on a new Personal Settings option. This setting also controls the default form list view in Document Assembly.
- Client List Print Fix – The “Print Client List” option now correctly prints all clients when ‘Clients only’ is selected.
- Case Answer Editing Fix – Prevented an error in "Edit Case Answers" when clicking ‘Edit’ without selecting an answer.
- Online Intake Datasheet Update – Improved readability of the datasheet, which provides an overview of client-submitted intake information.
- Panel Help Optimization – The Panel Help window will now automatically hide when no help is available, maximizing space in the Document Assembly screen.
