Family Law: New DFPS Chapter
TXdocs is proud to introduce a new chapter in our Family Law library, developed in response to requests from TXdocs subscribers seeking reliable, practical forms involving the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). This chapter provides essential forms to assist attorneys in representing families and the best interests of the child.
Special thanks to Melissa Muñoz, who has provided forms, direction, and instruction in this project. Melissa retired from the Office of the Attorney General, Child Support Division, after 26 years of service and has since dedicated her practice to representing parents and children in child protection cases in Bexar County. Her expertise has been invaluable in designing this chapter to meet the real-world needs of attorneys working in this field.
