Bexar County local rules update: Thank you to our subscribers who notified us of the change to the Bexar County Civil District Courts local rules. We’ve added the new required Certificate of Conference to all motions in Family Law and Civil Litigation. TXdocs also has the Bexar County Notice of Setting Hearings for Presiding and Monitoring Court in Family Law and Civil Litigation Local Forms.
Family Law
- Affidavits: many include options for in person or online notarization, or an unsworn declaration. More to come in the next update!
- Child medical support orders: improved language for allocation of health care expenses
- Discovery requests and responses: improved for smoother assembly, broadened use to other types of cases, improved formatting. Requests now include a statement regarding the intent to use information.
