Our new Online Intake version works on all devices (PCs, phones, tablets). It’s new modern design is much more intuitive and easier to use.
Your existing clients will be able to finish their current intake services in the version that they’re accustomed to. Only when you add a new service to an existing client, or reopen an old service will your client be automatically transferred over to the new version. Any of your clients who begin a new intake service will automatically use the new version.
Tasks: You now have a new option to add “Tasks” for your client to see and mark as completed. This feature allows you to further assist your clients and send them a list of specific tasks you would like them to do in addition to answering the questionnaires.
- Added extra checks to ensure that all related information is deleted when deleting case information, such as removing the date of birth of a child when that child is removed from the case information.
- When assembling documents, TXdocs automatically defaults the required contact information for the designated court administrator for many courts.
